Noah Underwood feels sad that his Dad's in jail but happy that his Dad stood up for what he believed in. Noah's Dad found out that Dusty Muleman was dumping poop into the water from the Coral Queen. While Paine Underwood (Noah's Dad) was in jail it was up to Noah and his little sister Abbey to stop Dusty Muleman from dumping and prove to the coast guard that Dusty Muleman's dumping into the sea.
