Would you risk destroying a player's life to be famous? This climatic story begins when the Nationals beat the Mets and race to the world series. Norbert Doyle, a 38 year old rookie who is trying to keep a secret about a hardship. Can the press seek it out? Stevie uses all the wittiness's but he finally knows the consequences of printing the story.Will Stevie ruin a players life just to be famous?

I Think the author is trying to say that ''Never ruin a players life to be famous.'' My opinion is that popularity never beats friendship.I recommend this book to everyone because every chapter leaves you hanging which makes you want to read on.
